Appointments

We always welcome new patients. If you are a new patient or would like to refer someone to Complete Eye Care, please call 810-732-2272 to schedule an appointment. Please notify our staff if your doctor referred you so that we may keep your doctor informed of your progress. If it is your first visit to Complete Eye Care, you can fill out all of the necessary new patient forms online! It will save you the trouble of filling them out on your first visit.
